The Toll-Free Exchange can help administer your Resp Org, routing templates (CPR), and changes (ROC). To do so, we will need to access your account as a company administrator. Granting access is easy and only needed once. For instructions, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Log into your Somos account by visiting the portal located at https://portal.somos.com
Step 2. Go to the "Company Admin" tile on the accounting landing page.
Step 3. Select the "Add User" option from within the Manage User menu.
Step 4. Create new user for the TFX administrator.
- Under "Company Name" be sure to select the Resp Org ID from the drop down menu that you associate to your toll-free numbers. In the example below this is NEX01. If there is more than one, they can be associated to the new user in a later step.
- Login ID (First 5) --> No change
- Login ID (First 3) --> Enter TFX
- For the First and Last name enter Toll-Free and Exchange
- Do not modify the mailing address.
- Enter resporg@tollfree.exchange in the "Email" field
- Enter 888-303-8392 in the "Phone" field
- Enter a random 4 digit pin in the "pin" field. Take note of this pin.
- Select the "Continue" button at the bottom of the form.
Step 5: Assign privileges.
- On the next page, select "Company Admin" from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
- Check the box in the User Type section to acknowledge the new user is billable by Somos. At the time this article was written the cost to add a new user was $110.88.
- Select the continue button at the bottom of the page. You will get a pop-up like this and may select "No".
